Submiting the online registration forms implies that you agree to these terms and conditions, however they only become binding once you have received written confirmation of a place allocated to you (via email) from The Bayard Partnership.

Payments

Payment, in full, is required prior to the commencement of the course.

Tutors

In case of unplanned unavailabilty, we retain the right to vary our tutors, between those listed for the course.

Cancellation & Refunds (The Bayard Partnership)

In the event that we have to cancel, full refunds will be given, or alternative dates suggested (the participant may choose)
In the event that the venue is changed, if more than 50km from the advertised location, full refunds will be given or alternative dates suggested at, or near, the previous location (the participant may choose)

Cancellation & Refunds (The Participant)

In the event that you have to cancel, and you give us more than 14 days notice, you are entitled to a full refund or 1. You may choose for alternative dates, if suitable, or 2. You may transfer your booking to a replacement candidate. In the event that you have to cancel within 14 days of the first day of the course, you are not entitled to a refund, however you are at liberty to transfer your place to someone else. to take your place.
