About this course
There are times when we are confronted with problems that just don’t seem to go away. No matter how hard we try, they keep coming back.
This one-day workshop covers both the theoretical and practical aspects of solving tough problems once and for all. The workshop is highly interactive and has been especially created to demonstrate in practice how to take problem solving skills to the next level.
Based around the ‘Nine Step Approach’ in Harley Lovegrove’s Making a Difference’. The course delivers proven solutions that have been used in all kinds of situations world-wide and is suitable for people working in large multi-nationals, or in small organizations, non-profits and even at home.
After this workshop you will be able to:
Detect and identify different types of problems
Select the right level of methodology for each level of problem complexity
Use the tools learned to solve problems, once and for all
Convince others to become part of the solution, rather than the problem
Increase team involvement
