Who is this training for?
This course is intended for a wide audience from senior management, employees, professional project managers & change managers, and to all other profiles that will have to contribute, in one way or another, to projects that result in significant end user change. From projects that determine new ways of working to ones that transition an entire organization to a new and very different culture.
A minimum of 5 years’ professional experience is recommended to fully appreciate, and respond to, the level of interaction that is required within the group.
It is anticipated that you will have either some hands on experience of projects and/or project management and planning, or at least a good understanding of the topic.
The course will be given in English and requires some preliminary reading and preparation.
When and where
This course will be held at Brabantse Golf club, Steenwagenstraat 11, 1820 Steenokkerzeel, Belgium (near Brussels Zaventem airport).
The training starts promptly at 9:00 , doors open for a light breakfast at 8:00.
The training is given in English.
The cost for the training is €1.200 +VAT for the two days. There is an early-bird discount of €200 if your subscription is paid 30 days in advance of the training date. The training is given on Friday and Saturday to minimize impact on your daily work.
The price for the training includes the course fees, a copy of ‘Transition’ and ‘The Change Manager’s Handbook’, a student license version of the suite of more than 40 tools and templates that go with the book and course, an optional exam and all meals and refreshments.
