Harley LovegroveManaging Partner Belgium
The course is given by Harley Lovegrove, author of Making a Difference, Inspirational Leadership, Transition, and The Change Manager’s Handbook. Harley is a renowned entrepreneur, project manager, change manager and interim manager.
This course is a must for anyone that is serious about cultural change management. It’s a perfect mix of theory and exercises. Harley teaches a pragmatic approach to change management, along with simple but effective tools and based on real-life experiences. Harley has a very enjoyable presentation: energetic, challenging, inspiring and with a fantastic sense of humour. He is demanding towards course participants but gives a lot back in return!
Christian Tijsmans, Management Consultant

I joined the course to see how, and if, I could extend my project management knowledge into the role of change management. It was extremely informative and run in a very dynamic way, using real life examples and most of all, emphasizing collaboration among participants. I linked with other great professionals on the course and I am now able to use much of what I learnt at my place of work.

Luigi Belli , Managing Partner, Centurical

I came to the course looking for some in-depth techniques to manage change within my organisation and better understand the interaction between the role of PM and the role of CM. The trainers and content did not disappoint, I left not only with a clear understanding of what Change Management is but also with the feeling that I could put what I learnt into practice within my own organisation
